Now, I got to give you credit for this shot. I don't know if it is natural or reworked and it doesn't matter to me because it shows something I like to see in photos. Nice, very nice shot.
Thanks for the comment about the nuts in your yard. We get a few here too as more nuts sprout than you would guess. I am amazed at how many nuts the squirrels can eat.
It seems weird to see fog there. I don't think I have seen a foggy pic from you. Silent and moody. but 'it takes a licking and keeps on ticking'. Some little rhymey thing stuck in my head.
The Villages is one of the fastest-growing retirement communities in the United States.
Located in Central Florida, about an hour's drive northwest of Orlando, the Villages is now home to some 150,000 residents, many of which travel the area via golf cart.
There are now three "home towns" in The Villages, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Music and dancing is provided nightly in the town squares of each of the home towns.
The Villages is a beautiful community and we hope you enjoy viewing our photos showcasing its many charms.

@ Abe - Thanks, my friend. The photo is pretty much as it came out of the camera - I cropped it a bit and bumped up the contrast, but that's all...
@ VP - Yes! They have a big fog machine that rises up out of Lake Sumter and when no one is looking, spews fog over the whole area.
Pretty exciting!
You're so silly!
It looked cold, until I scrolled down to the palm! heheheee
You took good advantage of that fog, Jacob! All shots are just great!
Vu l'heure je vais peut etre sortir du lit :)
Bon week end
You have a picture of the live web in this picture just above the top of the clock.
Ed in MN.
@ Ed in MN - You're absolutely right! I had not noticed that. Thanks so much for writing!
