What a nice place, I am quite sure to remember it... Did you really eat the gators freshly catched from the water? This is the right revenge for the hundreds of tourists (mostly European) they eat every year... Or not?
To all: I didn't look closely at the menu but have since discovered that R.J. Gator's does indeed serve gator meat. You can buy a gator tail, small or large, served with a Caribbean sauce!
People have told me it tastes like chicken, but they always say that when they aren't really sure what it tastes like! :-))
OMG. What does it taste like? Being a tough European ;-)), I would like to try it (remember we eat allsorts of weird things?!) Oh and thank you for reassuring me. As a tough one, I can go swim wherever I want to! I hope you had a good time yesterday evening. A romantic one by the sound of it!
The Villages is one of the fastest-growing retirement communities in the United States.
Located in Central Florida, about an hour's drive northwest of Orlando, the Villages is now home to some 150,000 residents, many of which travel the area via golf cart.
There are now three "home towns" in The Villages, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Music and dancing is provided nightly in the town squares of each of the home towns.
The Villages is a beautiful community and we hope you enjoy viewing our photos showcasing its many charms.

Did you enjoy food? I hope it was delicious!
I love the sun flaring into the shot. This must be a fun Florida-themed spot. I can almost taste the fried shrimp.

Sorry, I forgot to read your last sentence. Chicken eh? That's disappointing.
@ Ciel - I don't think you ought to swim in Lake Sumter...you are just not tough enough! :-)
Yes, a nice, romantic evening.
And you might think gator tastes like steak; chicken was a guess some people have offered by way of explanation...
As an Auburn fan I hate to say this but I will, "I"m a Gator Hater!
But I still love ya Jacob! :)

@ V - Hmmm...let's see, is your hair auburn? Is autumn auburn? Is auburn the color of my true love's eyes?
What auburn could you be talking about?
Heh. Heh! LYT!
The sign is so cool!
