I like that effect. I imagine the gang of golfers meeting for lunch at the local saloon, like in the old west, but the horses have been replaced by carts.
@ Jim - You are right; and somewhere you will find a gang of golfers hanging out eating and drinking...some gangs include both male and female, and most are up there in age.
Then, after awhile, they all hop in their golf carts and mosey along home! Giddyap!
The Villages is one of the fastest-growing retirement communities in the United States.
Located in Central Florida, about an hour's drive northwest of Orlando, the Villages is now home to some 150,000 residents, many of which travel the area via golf cart.
There are now three "home towns" in The Villages, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Music and dancing is provided nightly in the town squares of each of the home towns.
The Villages is a beautiful community and we hope you enjoy viewing our photos showcasing its many charms.

This is so cool! The comic book effect is just perfect!
Since I'm artistically challenged, I love doing this with my photos. However, I find myself going mad with endless tweaking.

I think, digital imaging makes this photo more dynamic. It's a great suggestion for me to do some trials.

This remind one of the famous illustration series in Japan (1990's?), I can not remember the artist but just like it.
