Cities Service

When I started driving, oh so many years ago, Cities Service Gas and pumps like this were commonplace. How times have changed. This pump, located in the newest hometown of Brownwood, is to look at only. Don't touch. It's faux. But cute.

I wouldn't get excited about getting the pumps back, but I sure would like roll-back gas prices.

Reminds me of a guy I shot for the blog a few years a go. His plan was to build a filling station in the style of the 1950s.

Love the rounded retro look Lowell, as Kate said, would be good if we could wind the clock pack on the price of petrol :)
