There are a few Smart cars in The Villages. Fortunately, they are not allowed on the golf cart trails. I say "fortunately" because there are thousands of golf carts in The Villages and many of them are very fast and tend to take over whatever road they're on. A Smart car wouldn't have a chance! :-)

And it's so ironic you took this photo because last Spring I spotted one on the street here in Philly and took a picture of it too. And it was blue, just like the one here!

I love the color of this particular car...but I don't think that the people who purchase them are very smart...they are very scary to me.
This made me imagine a kind of golf cart race! Can you picture that? :)

The reason I asked is I read that Daimler/Chrysler made it but only Mersedes sold it and that is all I could find. Strange. and I thought Daimler/Chrysler split a long time ago. Secrets! MB

I saw an ad for this car that showed a big Suburban sitting on top of the little car. I guess they are built stronger than they look. I like the little smiley face.
Leia beat me to it, I was going to say a 'burn out' between a smart car and a golf cart would be a sight to see haha! Come on Lowell, admit it, it would be fun!!
