Bloodmobile in Lake Sumter Landing

As you get older, it is good to give blood and build up a supply as you might need it sooner than you think. This bloodmobile will even give you a movie ticket if you are willing to let them stick a needle in your arm.

Coffee and cake if you give blood in Sweden. And a more modern bus!

"Build up a supply"? Is that possible?
Happy Easter!

That's actually a good idea though it should really be an act of citizenship. I'm not allowed to give my blood, unfortunately. I would like to, my blood group makes me an universal donor...

Yup it's tea and biscuits here too, it's such a worthy cause. The Red Cross Blood Bank always has a huge drive in the weeks prior to Easter, for some reason it's a high accident period.
btw Lowell, your comment on my 'synchronized swimming' post made me burst out laughing!

A movie ticket? Cool. Been doing it for over 30 years now. I have sometimes been paid, or got an extra day off from work, but it was usually a sandwich, chocolate, a coffee. Movie ticket: excellent idea!
