Panera Bread recently moved into the old Veranda restaurant on the square in Lake Sumter Landing. For aficionados of Panera Bread fare, this is a wonderful thing.
You can count me in that group, Jacob. I often have lunch at Panera.
Yup, I have been working on the photography and also on the golf. I actually have a handicap card now, for the first time. More practice and maybe it will go lower.
When I lived in The Villages, I went there often. Great bread, fantastic sandwiches. They needed to move to a larger place, it was always crowded. I loved their panini sandwiches. You have to try them.
The Villages is one of the fastest-growing retirement communities in the United States.
Located in Central Florida, about an hour's drive northwest of Orlando, the Villages is now home to some 150,000 residents, many of which travel the area via golf cart.
There are now three "home towns" in The Villages, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Music and dancing is provided nightly in the town squares of each of the home towns.
The Villages is a beautiful community and we hope you enjoy viewing our photos showcasing its many charms.

Yay! I spent some quality time here in May waiting to hear about a price quote for our house! Mango smoothies are awesome!
A store that sells good bread would be one of my frequent stops.
Looks like a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. Only my balcony comes in first ;)
Never seen Panera in the PNW.
So that restaurant disappeared too?
I don't know anything about their bread, but place looks lovely!
