The Villages is one of the fastest-growing retirement communities in the United States.
Located in Central Florida, about an hour's drive northwest of Orlando, the Villages is now home to some 150,000 residents, many of which travel the area via golf cart.
There are now three "home towns" in The Villages, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Music and dancing is provided nightly in the town squares of each of the home towns.
The Villages is a beautiful community and we hope you enjoy viewing our photos showcasing its many charms.

Looks like a great place to be on a rainy night. Summer rain is so rare out here it's cause for celebration.
:(
Rain is pretty it makes everything look shiny. Or is everything shiny because it is rainy. Did I just say that?
It's late, way past my bedtime. LOL MB
I see the closest possible thing to a gator's bench...
Could you send some rain over here please?
Beautiful facade , I love those stones in the wall and the white bench, so adorable.Hmmm the rain to refresh the day...it's fabulous!

Looks like the type of rain to take a walk in...
Rain sounds quite OK - I´m willing to share with cieldequimper :-D
I wish it would rain in Stuttgart too. It's very hot and very dry here in the moment.
It's a refreshing shot.
A very rare moment in Lake Sumter Landing, it isn't true? Nice shot, Jacob and greetings from a very hot (90°F) Paris!
You can send some of that rain our way. We could use it.
