Beautiful flower. Is that some kind of iris?

Don't ask me why, but I thought this shot was taken by Lois Anne even before I read it! :-) Cannas are pretty common here but I always find them beautiful (plant and bloom). It's a great composition!

Sorry I haven't been visiting (or posting) lately... I've been engrossed in a series of books! LoL!

That is a gorgeous flower-- is it an iris? Or a lily? Or something else? Orange flowers have so much pizzazz!

I love how the flower is the center of attention

I noticed the yellow tape and couldn't help thinking - "has there been a murder" ;)
