A great image, I'd like to know how do you call a bell tower like this one. We call it campanile a vela (sail bell tower), but I'm not sure about the English term.
In Brazil's country side (and I've seen this also here in Europe) it seems that every little town grows around its local church... :) God bless you! Cezar
I mean no disrespect, but it looks like our Taco Bell - minus the palms!!! heheheee I LOVE THAT SKY! It's like voices from the Heavens signing down, "Ahhhhhhhhhh!"
The Villages is one of the fastest-growing retirement communities in the United States.
Located in Central Florida, about an hour's drive northwest of Orlando, the Villages is now home to some 150,000 residents, many of which travel the area via golf cart.
There are now three "home towns" in The Villages, Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. Music and dancing is provided nightly in the town squares of each of the home towns.
The Villages is a beautiful community and we hope you enjoy viewing our photos showcasing its many charms.

I can see why a "ding-a-ling" like you is attracted to church bells like those!
I love this sky.... well done.

Am I in California??? MB
Are you sure this wasn't shot in California or Texas?
With such a sky the church looks even more enjoyable!

The sky enhances the church. Or is it the other way round? I don't think so. Whichever, it's a gorgeous photo of a very nice Spanish church.
