Not a typical Starbucks we see here. but I'll assume the coffee of the day is the same.

Good coffee and scones in sight! I couldn't resist the urge to follow-up on the "senior's crossing" posting in Canada...
Hope you have a "ducky" upcoming week!

This looks really different, I could use one of these even here, in the land of the espresso!

@ VP - I think Starbucks offers espresso...never patronize the joint so I'm not sure...

Three lanterns and three columns on the right place of the photo! Well composed shot, Lois Anne!

Nice one Lois Anne.

I'll have to remember to go and shoot the local one in Versailles. Maybe that way I'll actually set foot in it.

@ Jacob - They have expresso, or 'solo' as they call it. I'm not keen on coffee but someone near me can't survive without it, so we visit almost any Starbucks we see.
@ ciel - So I have seen something in Versailles you haven't...

What a perfect symmetry between columns and elegant lights, I loved this picture!
Dear friend, thanks so much for your friendship and always kind words.I'm feeling better now.As you said it's about this hard winter.I'm glad that you are okay as well.
About my French, I keep on with my French classes, I think the whole course is 3 yearsn ( 3 books ), I've started here the second book, so that I have some work to do yet.But I think it's not enough to be fluent in French ( my goal ), as I could not still make friends here, and it could help me with my French of course, people in Europe use to be more close, it's different from Brazil.Maybe I will do another course, for instance "a culinary course" or even "photography", IT could help me with my French, socialise my life, and so on...
About work, I need first to speak French fluent and then to find a job! ;)
Thanks for your support!
Léia

@ VP: I've seen it alright, it's just that I don't like coffee so I almost never go to Starbucks.

Plus... I have to admit that Starbucks was fine in Seattle but I prefer French cafés...

(On Facebook there is a group.... who is trying to collect supporters to get "Starbucks" to Norway.)
