This day ends...

The Villages Daily Photo and Cedar Key Daily Photo are being shut down. It has become too difficult to process five photo blogs. These blogs will not be deleted, but there will be no more postings for a while, if ever.

I will, however, be posting photos from both The Villages and Cedar Key on Florida Fotos.

Your support and comments have been wonderful and Lois Anne and I are very grateful!

We will continue with Ocala Daily Photo, Florida Fotos and Paree.

Hey! We didn't vote on this! Allison and I will riot! You can't just close up your blog! What will we do without "The Outskirts" blog?!

I think I'm getting tired. That should be "your need" not "you're need." I need to go to bed. G'nite!

Thank you, Virginia! I'm not leaving, though...I'm just leaving Cedar Key and The Villages behind for awhile...

I'll still do Ocala DP and I'll post Cedar Key and The Villages photos on Florida Fotos - probably on a fairly regular basis!

That explains a lot - I wondered how on earth you did it! I have a number of blogs, too, and I find that the Daily Photo takes way more time than my more private ones, even though I use more photos on the personal blog. It's so much fun to cruise around and visit and become part of the community, but it does take lots of time!

I go through that a lot, too - do I separate, or do I merge. I'm probably merging a couple of my personal blogs into one . . . but I desperately want to start a new one, too.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll feel relieved by your decision, although I'll miss my visits to Cedar Key. I'll hve to come visit Florida Fotos.

See you around :)

It's obviously hugely disappointing to all your Villages and Cedar Key fans but if you keep posting them on Florida Fotos we'll all still be able to get our fix.(I love Cedar Key so I will definitely be over at Fotos.)

I applaud your commitment and dedication to all five blogs. That was a ton of work plus you are so darn great at it. A master! I've learned a lot in a very short time from you and Lois and each of your sites. I'm grateful and promise to remain a student at Ocala, Paree and Florida Fotos.

I know how you feel! I work two jobs and I'm also in school, not to mention my animals..trying to do a daily blog is quite difficult. It wasn't that bad until I got this cold I've been fighting off. So i know how challenging it can all be. Good luck and I'll keep up to date on your other blogs! :)

Jacob, you've done a wonderful work, but I understand updating all the blogs on a daily basis is not an easy task... This is a wonderful goodbye photo!

Jacob, you know I liked these places, the way you photographed them and your descriptions.
Goodbye 'The Villages', arrivederci!
