Closing on your home in The Villages

Let's say you or your spouse are at least 55 years of age. You thus qualify to buy a home in The Villages. Let's say you've decided to move from where you now live and that you have found the perfect home, have made an offer which has been accepted, and the only thing left is finalizing the sale - or the closing. This is where that closing would take place if you bought a home in Lake Sumter Landing.

Looks like ideal place to finalize things. I like doorwat and the chairs with tables - ironcasted?

Beautiful! The wall looks like made from the scales of white dragon - nice effect!

Oh Jacob...it's not fair that I should wait more than 10 years to be accepted there!
LOL Everything in this Village is cute, well preserved, clean, cool...

Interesting, when my parents brought their condo in Deerfield Beach, I suspect there was a similar set up ... anyone want a nice condo in Deerfield Beach?
