One more red phone booth
Two or our fellow bloggers have posted red telephone booths in the past couple of weeks, so I thought I'd put mine up, too. This one is found in Spanish Springs, behind the old sales office. I have no clue where it came from. It is not representative of phone booths in this country.

Really like the composition of your photo and the red phonebooth is such an interesting focal point. I live in Sarasota, FL and recall that we used to have a very British Red phonebooth just outside of an antique dealers shop. Not sure if it was functional or if it is even still there since the antique store is long gone...will have to go check it out.
Perfectly framed with red flowers! Is it just decorative?
Nice shot! I see this is real phonebooth (there is telephone inside):) In our town the red phonebooth is only the advertisement of the School of English:)
CQ - No...I think it really works although I haven't tried it.
It looks just like the one in this web cam http://www.pussers.com/redbox/popup/3604460 I found in the Caribbean for Pusser's Rum! Check it out, it's a live web cam down there!
I checked it out, Tricia, and you're absolutely right! Maybe there is a company somewhere making these things for sale around the world. Very interesting.
Hee hee, red phone booth, red mail boxes!!! Great minds...
Love the density of that red.
PS. Wow, you follow a lot of blogs!
There are a few in Mt. Village. Maybe I should take some photos of them. Someone started a trend!
Nice texture.
Koala...I try to follow them all...but sometimes I don't have time to keep up.
You are definitely correct about "great minds," Meg!
