Gas pump - Lake Sumter Landing

It's a prop, a reminder of the good ol' days. Doesn't work but looks good. In Lake Sumter Landing you can enjoy the water and the boardwalk without the smell of gasoline.

  1. That's what I like about pedestrian areas... I wouldn't mind this (and that fishy thingy) for my home decor! :-)

  5. Very appealing little section of the Landing Lowell, vintage anything looks so nice and 'friendly' compared to modern day sleek!!Hope you're having a wonderful Sunday, or is it even Sunday yet where you are??

  6. Prop or not, it is a nostalgic image. I'm also impressed by the mounted fish on the wall.

  7. I know a guy who is planning to rebuild a gas station from the 1950s. He invited me over to his place a few years ago. I guess I should go back come spring.
