This is a recent photograph. A few years back I took a similar photo of this yardarm. Shortly thereafter I was informed that a corporation had "borrowed" my photo and incorporated it into their website.
I checked. They did that. I sent them a letter requesting they cease and desist. They never responded. So I had to decide if it was worth the time, money and aggravation to sue them. I decided it was not.
Still, it burns me that their theft goes unpunished.
To hell with them. I mean that literally!

It really bothers me that people take things that don't belong to them and use them without permission. Sheesh. Nice photo, Lowell.
